Accessibile Web Design Firms?

I'm looking for a web design shop that knows accessibility backwards and forwards. My company is in the accessibility market and we need a completely new design/build that reflects our market leading position. I know about Happy Cog - are there other firms that stand out in the field?

RF Interactive, a company I work with, is an expert in this area.

I always thought Adaptive Path was one of the best in the biz.

I may have mixed up usability with accessibility though adaptive path still might be the right answer.

We do quite a lot of accessibility work at Webreakstuff (I know, I know, the name is nuts). And I would definitely second AP and Clearleft, too.

Mule Design (n.b. they're good friends of mine) has done sites for a number of organizations (like glaucoma.org where accessibility was actually a key requirement of the project, not just an important goal. I've worked with them and recommend 'em. I know the teams at most of the other firms mentioned above, and you would probably be well-served by them as well.
