No green eggs or ham! I just want the book!

Absolutely beautiful baby book. I remember little as I only saw it briefly but one page had a grid of colour swatches all about the size of my pinky nail and was titled (words to the effect of) - My eyes were this colour when I was first born. It was pretty special... Anybody know what I'm talking about?? It's burned into my brain and I have nowhere to begin! o_O :)

It wasn't My Book About Me, was it? There's a page of different eye colors in there, but they're pictures of eyes, not swatches of color. The title of your question made me wonder, though.
