Why won't Foodworks work for me?

Fickle Foodworks filter: so I've just entered two recipes into foodworks. One of them has yielded all the macro/micronutrients by weight in the analysis pane, but the other one has just come up with "?g" next to every nutrient. I entered both recipes in in exactly the same way, so why isn't the second one giving me any love?

one recipe has an ingredient that isn't in foodworks' database? what you might try is subtracting one ingredient at a time from the ?g recipe until you get a meaningful result. when you get a meaningful result, you'll know the one you just subtracted was the problem.
