Help find a journal article

MetaFilter librarians and/or other resourceful people I need your help in finding a journal article in a format that I can view on my computer. I need this: Crane MG, Sample C. Regression of diabetic neuropathy with total vegetarian (vegan) diet. J Nutr Med 1994;4:431-9.

I have searched for this to the best of my abilities with no luck. I am not being lazy by asking this, it is a last resort.

For future reference, I just went through my school's library website, and accessed Academic Search Premier and did a title search. Most universities have proxy access to the major academic search engines.
