Content Management Platform w/integrated BitTorrent Tracker?

Is there a simple, themed content management platform with an intergrated BitTorrent tracker module?

I know about the planned module for Drupal, but it's not yet actual. Are there any alternatives?

Joomla has an extension available, though I haven't tried it.
