German MeFi

Put forward to action by this catty thread but with different reasons and intentions, does anyone have recommendations for excellent Metafilter-like sites or even personal weblogs...in German? I have very high fluency in German, subscribe to a few of the default German weblogs in NetNewsWire lite, but blogging culture in the hunosphere (I kid, I kid) just doesn't seem to have much presence. Maybe because everyone can speak English? I'd like to keep up my German with one of my favorite time-wasters while living outside of a German-speaking country. Anyway, almost all input welcome!

If you want a German site that is similar to Metafilter (only better ;-) then visit Außerlomografische Opposition. You need a cheapo toycam, spycam or pencam to submit images, though.
