Where can I find women's mod style clothes similar to this in NYC?
I am aware of Ben Sherman and H & M, but I was wondering if there were any other good places to go? It doesn't matter whether it's new or vintage.
I'm also not looking to spend more than $150 (on a dress)
And yes, I used google but nothing has pointed to any particular stores.

Try Beacon's Closet in Williamsburg; that's your best bet. Otherwise, wander around SoHo, there're plenty of boutiques that sell just that kind of thing.
(great dresses, wow!)

Amarcord is not devoted exclusively to mod, but it has some really phenomenal stuff. Also: Cherry.
Lawanna's on Bedford Ave in Williamsburg, if it's still open, is small and skews slightly more rockabilly than mod BUT if you're going to Beacon's Closet it wouldn't hurt to look.
AND: Seconding 99X. One of my favorite shops in the city.
