What are some examples of corporate websites that include a dialog (in the form of blogs, message boards, etc.) with the customer base, about how the company and its products, and the industry, are doing?

Dreamhost has a blog. I'm not an affiliate, not even a user.
A LOT of web hosting companies have forums. (ASO, Powweb).

Tucows is my favorite example of this.

Oops, I don't know if you'd consider some of those corporate enough.. Maybe these will redeem me:
GM, Ford, Microsoft Xbox Live, Kodak Ofoto, Dell, Google.

There's a decent list of European corporate blogs, although the guy says he hasn't updated in awhile.

Response by poster: Doesn't have to be big corporation. Smaller business stuff is okay too. Just looking for good examples of how it's being done. Thanks for the answers so far.

Threadless
CafePress (You can't see their discussion forums without a seller account, I think.)

Lush has a messageboard on its site, and it's extremely active. (Link is to the USA site but other countries' sites also have messageboards)

I do a blog for my company: everybody loves free stuff. I don't spend a lot of time discussing our company, but I do try to cover our industry and products as best I can.
