How to find a yoga studio for beginners in Oklahoma City?

I just moved to Oklahoma City. I am taking the bar in Oklahoma this summer. Having just come off of 3 years of law school, my stress level is pretty high. I'd like to start taking yoga - lots of friends have recommended it to help ease the pain of bar study. I am a beginner to yoga and new to Oklahoma, so I have no idea where to look in Oklahoma for a good class/teacher. Any suggestions or thoughts?

This is not direct experience, you understand, but I've heard these guys mentioned as knowing their stuff.

The YMCA always has good yoga classes, and several a week. When I lived in Oklahoma and studied yoga, it was through the student health center at Oklahoma State — are you in law school at OU?

In Norman, there is a yoga place on White and Buchanan Streets that I've heard are awesome. I used to work at the restaurant next door, but I've never taken a yoga class.

There is also a yoga place in the Paseo area, it looks nice and worth checking out.

The Y on 4th St. is awesome, I have friends who love it there. They offer early morning yoga classes that I'm sure is great. The facility is brand new and rivals any gym in the area, so it would be a good investment overall.

Hivemind seems to be coming up short on personal experience, here - so I figure if any general-interest OKC group would know their yoga, it's livejournalers. [NOT BLOGGIST]

Response by poster: Thanks for the input. And, ormondsacker, the website you linked to was especially helpful. Many thanks for pointing me to it.
