MySpace Online Status

Having just created a MySpace page, i cannot seem to display my online status. I have already unchecked the hide online status box but to no avail, i know of at least one other new user with the same problem. Anyone know what the problem is/how to fix it?

I don't know, but I do know there are forums on MySpace, including one dedicated to technical problems such as this.

Clear your history/cookies and see if it helps. I don't use Myspace anymore so things might have changed but it was really buggy and clearing cookies usually helped fix whatever it decided it wanted to do odd that day.

The 'online now' status icon is notoriously buggy and fickle.
