recording AOL Radio?

In AOL (yes, sorry folks....not my fault, it's my co's.) they have a feature called RADIO@AOL...... is there a way that I can copy/record into an MP3 format?
I've no experience with RADIO@AOL, but Audacity recorded streaming audio just by hitting the record button.

Seconding Audacity. I use it expressly for this purpose. Works like a charm and I have no drop in quality. After your capture is finished you can go in and clean it up (trim dead space, pops, extraneous noise) with Audacity.

Second and a half for Audacity. I haven't used it for ripping music off of the internets, but I have used it to create customized ringtones for my cell, and I can give it props for doing that well.
