Why can't I login to my Highpoint Technologies RocketRaid 1810A card after the initial setup on my PowerMac G4?

I tried contacting their technical support for help, but I've got no response using either e-mail or phone, so I thought I'd try here.

I recently purchased a Highpoint Technologies RocketRaid 1810A card for use in an Apple PowerMac G4. I was able to install the card & drivers that I downloaded from the website no problem. I hooked up the 4 SATA drives, and then I fired up Firefox to do the configuration. I couldn't get the page to load with Firefox, so I tried Safari (which the documentation said would not work). It worked fine, and I was able to login using the default login & password. Of course the first thing I did was go into settings and change the password. No problems there, used the same password that I use for all of my networking related stuff. I set up the RAID, formatted it, and then mapped/mounted the drive from another Mac on my network. Everything looked good, and I started moving files from my systems to this central server. Now, I am unable to log back in to the web interface for the RAID card. It just tells me that my password is incorrect or my account may have been disabled. The only setting I changed was the password, and I'm sure I typed it correctly. I have tried using both Safari & Firefox on the local system as well as from another system on the network. What can I do to get logged back in to the RAID? Now that I have everything safely stored on the RAID, I had deleted the data from the other systems, so rebuilding is not an option. What can I do? Please help!?

Maybe you accidentally left your capslock on originally. Have you tried your password in all caps?

Do you have a wireless card on your G4? If so, try changing your network location from wireless to wired. and see if that helps.
