The first Godfather has a great one. (Not recent, but it is easy to get hold of.)

It's not a movie, but Sex and the City had a christening scene after Miranda had her baby.

Depending on the looseness of your use of "christening"—infant baptism in a church? baptismal events in general?—there's the river scene in O Brother Where Art Thou?.

(I think it's actually Godfather II that has the christening. And that's the first one that jumped to my mind, too.)

You didn't mention whether you want an adult Christening or a baby - My Big Fat Greek Wedding has an adult baptism for the G.O. church.

Occhiblu. It was GF1, when Michale takes care of the heads of the 5 families.

The Greatest Story Ever Told? Can't remember if there were infants involved.

Sorry, yeah, you're right. Lazy googling for fact-checking on my part!
