Art and Technology

I am gathering info on Technology and Art/Art Education and I have found lots of great articles and resources (any more are welcome). But I am still looking for 2 magazines that are (or have articles) about Digital Art.

Does anyone have a copy ….? I will take any of them scanned, online, emailed, photocopied, or the real deal.

NAEA (National Art Education Association) Studies in Art Education Winter 2004? Pg 61-73 “Net.art and Net.pedagogy: Introducing Internet Art to the Digital Art Curriculum” by A. Coleman
I cannot order it on the NAEA site and I teach at a High School and cannot access any of the online journal sites (like JSTOR or WilsonWeb).

Scholastic Art. Scholastic Art is a magazine that is usually ordered by high school art teachers and used in class. Back in 2000? 2001? There was an issue that had Mariko Mori on the cover and an article about her and her work inside. I cannot find it. Our school has several years of Scholastic Art but not this issue. I am hindered by the fact I don’t even know the date of the magazine and I can find NOTHING about it online. I know it exists because I had it at one time.
Also, if anyone else has any info on how she does her images (not video or installations) I would be grateful. I can find several interviews regarding her installations but I can’t find info about her digital images.

I found Scholastic Art indexed, but not full-text. The issue seems to be April 2001. I found citations for two articles, "Transforming Ancient Traditions" (p.2) and "Pure Land" (p.8).

A museum library may be able to help you. From your profile, I'd guess you are in the Houston area. Call the Library at MFA Houston and see if they have them.
