Uh, did you see this link in the wikipedia article in your post? If so, then what features do you need that none of them have?

Response by poster: sorry.. to clarify, I am using OpenSTV right now but wouldn't mind specific recommendations, particularly ones that let me simulate with a few thousand voters.
