What Computer app uses this sound?

I'm trying to identify the computer application that uses a specific sound clip as some sort of notification noise. The sound is from this Ren and Stimpy short (Log!!) and occurs at 37 seconds in, right after the announcer says "All kids love log!" I know I've heard that little 6-note jingle before and it's driving me crazy!

I knew it even before I finished reading the question, got in too late =P Like you, I heard and got used to the Eudora app notification before hearing the R&S tune, and when I heard it on the TV I thought the computer in the other room had mail, but rewound it and discovered the truth to my surprise =)

I always thought the Eudora notification was the Slinky jingle (hence the relevance to Log). Googling tells me nothing, though, and I'm without sound card at this machine to go find out.
