What was the name of the shirts/cards you could buy in the 60's and 70's that had monsters (garish colors, big eyes etc.) riding in tricked out cars? And did anyone do a retro re-issue?

THere was also Weird Wheels - they were one of those chewing gum + stickers sort of things.
