Please identify char/species of SW Ep3 plushy from BK

What Star Wars Episode III character/species is this Burger King promotional plushie?
A cow-orker recently gave me a little plush fellow who now serves as my laptop carrying case guardian whilst hiding in one of the pockets. However, I have no clue what character/species he/it is. And where is he in the movie and what does he do?
He's pictured here (click on image underneath big BK logo in the main article area). He's on the back row, next to end on the right, between the Jawa and the snow monster on the end. Brown with blue eyes and fangs, and what appear to be either long floppy ears that are sewn into his jaw line or maybe really big sideburns. After comparison to the snow monster, could his head protrusions be horns?
Also appears there on the 2nd grouping down, on the back row on the far left.

Best answer: Possibly Tarfful? He is a wookiee just like Chewbacca.
This ebay auction has this guy pictured and by process of elimination, I'm fairly certain it is Tarfful. He certainly isn't Mace Windu, Watto, Super Battle Droid or Landspeeder.

Response by poster: It does indeed appear to be Tarfful. Not but a few seconds after it was answered I happened upon an itemized list of them. Looks like I lucked up on a really honorable guardian. Nobody better mess with my laptop bag now =P
It would seem none of my guesses were right -- the protrusions are dreads.
