Name that song again

Yet another name-that-song. The beat and guitar sound like the Theme from COPS mixed with Ace of Base's All That She Wants, with a saxophone on top.
The song had that and-and-and thing going on the off-beats. It's very slightly smooth-jazzish, but it didn't suck at all. In fact, it was quite hip and tasteful. The sax player wails at times. I heard it at a national retailer, probably on cable/satellite radio.

Response by poster: Not even close, but I always wondered what that song was called!
The song in question sounds like it was made recently; the production quality was very good.

Response by poster: Alright, I should have written that the song is (largely, and probably completely) instrumental

It does, but name that song questions on AskMe aren't known for their accuracy in describing the instrumentation or content of the songs. I don't doubt that you know the difference between a trumpet and a sax, but thought I'd venture a guess on the off chance that you remembered it wrong or something.

Response by poster: Thanks for the deferential and classy answer to my unwarranted snark, JekPorkins.
And Courtney Blows isn't it, either.
The song definitely had a reggae feel.
