Is there something equivalent to iTunes Monitor for Windows?

Is there something equivalent to iTunes Monitor for Windows? I'm curious about who's listening to my music.

I should add that I'm not technically averse and don't mind an indirect/user-unfriendly solution, in case you've worked out how to weasel out the information from netstat or a packet-sniffer or something.

I'm not sure if it's still really working, but for a while I used AudioScrobbler (Winamp.)
