Videoconferencing software - cross-platform and multi-user?

Hello all. Any recommendations for software which will run on Mac & PC and allow me to videoconference with multiple participants? Probably a maximum of 4 people taking part at once. Audio and video required. Commercial software is fine.

There have been a couple of previous questions on the topic but they all seem to deal with one-to-one calls.

Thanks.

Camfrog works on Mac & PC. The free version only allows small one-on-one chats, but the commercial version ($ 49.95) seems to be what you need.

(saw it previously on ask mefi about two months ago, can' seem to find it now)

I've tried sightspeed and it does what it says it does fairly well. I've never tried the multi-party videoconferencing, but it say that it's capable of doing it here.
