Is OpenSourceHost.com any good?

What have been your experiences with the hosting company OpenSourceHost.com?
I'm looking to move from GoDaddy to something that's a little more Drupal friendly. OpenSourceHost.com is recommended on both the Drupal and CivicSpace sites, but before I sign my life away I'd like a little more information. Are they reputable? Have you used the site before and for how long? How are they with tech support and with downtime?
Bonus if there are any other drupal-friendly hosts that you've had a positive experience with that you'd like to recommend.
