(Legal) music service woes

Out of curiosity, I thought I would take IE7 for a spin. I'm still a Firefox guy, but there are some nice features. Anyway, the problem is, now my subscription music download service from my ISP doesn't work right. I can download songs, however I can't play them through the service. When I try to, I get "Temporarily unable to play the music or video you requested. Please call again later." I've uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded, updated, etc., everything I can think of. Has anyone else experienced such issues? The software is "Performance" by Musicnet, through Synacor for what it's worth.

Did you try System Restore (as opposed to simply uninstalling/reinstalling)?

Are you using Windows Media Player to play the content? It shares web/proxy settings with IE, so make sure all the settings in the "connections" tab of IE are correct.

I can help you narrow it down...There's been a change in either default security settings that are set when ie7 is installed, not letting you access the page or perhaps proxy settings. Not knowing more about how the service works, that's the best I can do.
