Magic Card Generator?

Are there any simple ways to create fake Magic cards, like the "summon bevets" or "summon languagehat" cards I've seen making the rounds? Preferably, one of those web-2.0-ey generator sites. At the least, a photoshop template. I just don't want to have to deal with getting everything right from scratch, especially since my photoshop skills are rusty. Thanks!
(There used to be a free program called MTG Editor, but it looks like Wizards Of The Coast have slapped a Cease and Desist on them.)

If you have a photo already up on Flickr, the trading card generator will do something similar.
