I desperately need some javascript help...

Where would I find a script similiar to this?
I'm trying to create a qualifying survey, wherein one would be asked a series of questions via drop down menu and then depending on what they answered....the appropriate text would be displayed below.
I've searched all over the web the past few days, unable to find anything but just basic drop down menus.
Thanks :)

Response by poster: I tried viewing the source, I even grabbed the javascript file. The other drop down menus did not appear.
It's not so much I need the drop down menus connected, but that when one picks a certain choice from the menu, a paragraph is displayed below.

Well as a generic answer check out javascript.com's DHTML area as a start. Pretty easy stuff - you can do it :)

Or use a third party service that specializes in hosted surveys.
