Who can identify this early 90s hip hop track from my fuzzy memories of a sample in it? (More inside)

Right, the sample was at the beginning and end of the track, and it was lifted from some dubbed martial arts film. (It wasn't a Wu-Tang Clan tune, though.) A top baddie was grilling one of his henchmen about whether they'd killed everyone and 'thrown all the bodies in the water' correctly. They were supposed to have killed someone - presumably the hero - and retrieved something from him. But they'd messed up and the dim-witted henchman said something like, 'Mmm, but sir, we only started looking after we'd thrown all the bodies in water.' To which his boss said, 'What?! You idiot. I suppose I'll have to do everything myself.'

Was it perhaps from the album "Deadly Kung-Fu Action" by the Warlock Pinchers?

Sounds like you're maybe talking about one of the songs on Fu Schnickens first album "F.U. - Don't Take it Personal"...?
