Can you help me find a place to read Cathedral by Raymond Carver online for free?

Your local library should have a copy. There probably aren't many places on the net you can find that are legal. YMMV

Best answer: There probably aren't many places on the net you can find that are legal

And without contact information in your profile you're making it exceedingly difficult for those places to find you . . .

My wife uses bookshare.org, but you must prove you have some kind of reading or information-retrieval disability before you ar eallowed to download Daisy-reader copies.

I did a quick search and it appears cahedral is not available here anyway.

Check used bookstores in your neighbrhood. It's a commonly-assigned book in college literary classes, so copies are easy to come by.

If you're only looking to read the title story of Cathedral (which is not very long) rather than the entire collection, flip through the American (or Contemporary) literature anthologies at your local bookstore. I rarely see Carver collections sold used, but the short story "Cathedral" is reprinted all over the place.

I really wish I still had the old copy of mine, I had sent it back to an old teacher of mine, after I had forgotten to return a book of his over a several year period.

So if those illegitimate places on the net could get ahold of me too... ;)
