Washington Dermatologist?

Can anyone recommend a dermatologist in Washington, D.C.?
My girlfriend is newish to the city and needs to see one for a strange rash that has been spreading up her arm. Her internist back home had never seen anything like it.
She has Blue Cross insurance.
Anyone have a dermatologist in DC (or via Metro) they recommend? Flipside: any to be avoided?
Thanks!

Dr. Lockshin is close to Forest Glen metro stop on the red line.

My family has used:
Fuchs, Glenn H MD - Fuchs Glenn H MD
(202) 223-6830 2021 K St NW # 508
Washington, DC
and the doctors associated with his practice. We've all been happy, and have kept going over a bunch of years.

Does she have a car? My dermatologist, Dr. Lawrence Green in Rockville is excellent, but he's not near a metro. Send me an email (in my profile) if you'd like his contact information.

I've gone to him several times, and he makes a good impression. Experienced, professional, courteous.
