Are there any OSX burning programs that let you edit the tracks on the fly?

Are there any programs out there for OSX that allow you to burn a standard audio disk from MP3 Files that also allow you to, within the program itself, do simple editing of the CD tracks? In other words, I don't want to edit the mp3 files, but I'd like to be able to do things like clip the start and end of the tracks a bit to cut out extra noise and/or adjust the timing of the transitions. Nero for the PC let me do this, but I haven't been able to find a single program for the Mac that lets me do the same thing.
There's a program called MP3 Trimmer which does exactly what it says on the tin. That'll take care of the "clipping the tracks" part at least.

Sorry, meant to post "... but I don't think you'll get one single program that does this kind of thing and burns too".

You can do this on Garageband.

Toast with Jam
Toast is the best cd burning software for the Mac, and Jam has mastering and crossfade capabilities [pic]. To be perfectly hones I haven't used Jam, but it gets consistently high marks from the Mac press.

Seconding Toast with Jam. It's perfect for what you want.

Won't iTunes do this? You can specify track start and end times somewhere deep in the info of each track, and then burn your mp3's to an audio disk.
Toast with Jam is also awesome, but costs a little $$.

Aquaman is absolutely right. You can set the start and end times for tracks under Track Info > Options. I'm not sure if you will need to do the intermediate step of ripping the clipped version before burning the disk, but it shouldn't be required.

Well, there's always the unsupported, no longer produced Audion from Panic. Free download and includes an MP3 editor, CD Burning, etc. Pretty nice for free really. As long as you don't need support. :)

I've always just done this within iTunes, by setting start and end times. Works like a charm...
