I am trying to find as many computer games as I can that are set in London, or have some significant background action/scenarios in London.
Can any gamers help me increase my list. Any platform, old or new is ok
So far I have the following:
The getaway
From russia with love
GTA london 69
jekyll & hyde
london racer
hellgate: london (soon)
war of the worlds the game
Streets Of London (on the C64)
Yes, Prime minister (on the C64)

The Getaway 2: Black Monday (which is less interesting than the original, which was merely decent to begin with).

I think Shadow Man (the original) had some levels in Jack-the-Ripper era London, I can't remember. It might have just been London-y in its art direction.

Do sports games count? EA has a cricket game that has Lords, there are tennis games with Wimbledon, and of course football games.

Off the top of my head...
Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption
What about sports, racing or fighting games that have a single course, field, arena, level, stage, whatever in London?
This google search is worth sifting through. Anything with London in the title will already be in the link Durhey provided though.

The fifth level or so in Twisted Metal 3 was staged in London. However, Twisted Metal 2's Paris level was much better (as was the whole game, in fact).

Ah, rats, I jumped to give my answer and then also realized it was only computer games.
I'll post this just because it was an interesting game, despite being so similar to Castlevania: Vampire: Master of Darkness, for the Sega Game Gear, is set at least partially in London, if not entirely.

The Gene Machine (PC), an H. G. Wells-inspired gentleman's romp through the Victorian age.
Give My Regards to Broad Street (C64, Atari 2600), based on the Paul McCartney film/album and featuring a great (non-Beatles, as far as I know) soundtrack, and featuring the Abbey Road studios as a location.

I have no games, but for others: it's not only computer, it just says that in the heading. The question specifically says 'any platform'.

Shadow Hearts (PS2) has certain events that take place in London. Koudelka (PS), its predecessor, takes place in a monastery in Wales, but some of its backstory takes place in London.

"Trinity", the Infocom text game of lo these many years ago, started in London. It quickly went rather further afield, but it's hard to forget sitting in a pram being blown by the wind in Kensington Gardens.

Sherlock: The Riddle of the Crown Jewels
I'm guessing that there's a whole bunch of sherlock holmes games set in london. Ditto jack the ripper games.
Streetfighter type games where each combatant is representative of a country are probably going to have the "England" (if there is one) character have a "home level" in London.

The early missions on The Italian Job for PS1 took place in London, with a handful of recognisable landmarks, which was fun for a homesick student.

Back in the mid-90s I had a game called Eagle Eye Mysteries in London, wherein you played a kiddie detective solving London-centric mysteries. As an American preteen I found it very educational (and fun, in a Carmen Sandiego-type way).
