Help me find an obscure Sesame Street Character

My dad has wicked eyebrows, reminiscent of Hoots the Owl from Sesame Street. Help me find some retail product (ie, shirt, doll, etc.) of Hoots to give him for Father's Day
Hahaha, my dad alway reminded me of Animal from the Muppetshow or Brezhnev.
So you might consider retail products related to Animal or Brezhnev. (the latter may be hard to find)
But maybe I'm a bit older. :-)
Now my own eyebrows are growing.....

While I didn't find anything, I want you to know that I did extensive searching of the forums on Muppet Central (http://forum.muppetcentral.com/index.php). As a Sesame Street/Muppet fan, I hold MC to be the highest authority in Muppet news and merchandise and they kept saying that they wished there were more "classic Sesame" products. I couldn't find a reference to a single Hoots the Owl product-- at least made in the US (as the ebay link appears to be a spanish/italian Hoots doll).
Hoots was a popular character from 1985 to the mid-1990s, was retired in 2001 and was brought back in 2005 to tell Cookie Monster that "cookies are a sometimes food" (via wikipedia). On YouTube, there are videos of the music video of Cookies are a Sometimes Food... but this isn't really a tangible present for your dad.
This is obviously not what you are looking for, but www.hernandoliving.com/ kids/sesame/hoots.html -- a coloring book page. horray?
