Anyone have the phone # for CA Sen Adam Schiff?
February 7, 2025 12:47 PM Subscribe
Pretty much that's the full question. Look at CA Senator Alex Padilla's contact page and compare it to Schiff's? He has made it impossible to get in touch since he was in the House around the George Floyd era. The DC switchboard connects to the DC phone number but you can never reach anyone or leave a message for Schiff on it, because he is a fucking prick. Any clue where to find any constituent office phone in California? Are they buried somewhere else on the site? Do they not exist?
The number listed for his "transition" office, which I think is the same as his previous Congressional district office in Burbank, is 818-841-2828.

Cooker girl, that contact info is for Schiff's old House office, not his current Senate office. That number now belongs to Rep. Laura Friedman who represents Schiff's former House district.
The direct line for Adam Schiff's Senate office is (202) 224-3841

Please do keep those phones ringing (to your state's Senators only!). They are getting an earful about Elon Musk right now and they need to keep hearing it.

I found this when I went looking recently, though I'm not 100% sure it's legit. It does appear that the address and phone number shown there for his SF office used to be associated with Senator Feinstein and his voice is on the outgoing voicemail message so possibly his team is occupying her former offices.

Mod note: Post title edited to remove the "fucking prick" part. Name calling a politician is generally fine, along with the swearing, but let's keep it out the post titles for basic civility. Feel free to call'em a fucking prick in the comments or post body though!

Schiff seems to have taken over both the DC number and the San Francisco number (which gingerbeer posted above) that belonged to Feinstein, and even when Feinstein had the numbers, the DC number wouldn't take voicemails. I don't think it's necessarily specific to Schiff.

Best answer: My local activist group has reported success with 415-393-0707, at least in reaching a voicemail box.

Since Newsom elevated him to senator, I would have no qualms in calling Newsom's office to leave Schiff a message as well.

Response by poster: Thanks for the feedback everybody. I will give him a try tomorrow!
A few responses for 202s but I think those are generally what links to his useless DC switchboard number, or they are his House number as someone mentioned.
AndrewinDC's Burbank number 818-841-2828 ended up going to a Schiff Senate campaign voicemail, so isn't the one.
I'll try the following numbers and will report back:
415-393-0707
(559) 485-7430
(310) 914-7300
(619) 231-9712
415-393-0707

The 415 numbers you have there are the same - save yourself the extra call.

There have been a lot of glitches with the Senate phones these last two weeks because of the extremely high call volume. Whatever you may think of Schiff it may not be his fault that the phones are screwed up right now.
Schiff most likely does not have constituent offices in California open yet. He was just sworn in as a Senator in January and it takes time to hire staff and open office space.
