Quality doll that can wear newborn clothes

Help-me-shop-Filter. I'm curious what is the latest and greatest in the world of dolls that can wear real baby clothes and generally seem somewhat realistic. Any advice would be much appreciated, especially if it can arrive within the US by Christmas! Thanks for any advice!
Lakeshore Learning has good quality toys, if you are buying for a child. (If you remember Toys to Grow On from the 80's and 90's, it's the same people.) These are what I would suggest (and you can buy them individually, too.) I don't know what size they would wear but I suspect a premie size. These can wear 0-3 months size clothing (and they're machine washable!!!)
The Bitty Baby is very high quality but reviewers say a newborn size onesie is too big, they also wear a premie size. I also think they look weird relative to actual babies. But apparently they feel pretty good.
Another kind of expensive option is the JC Toys brand, which gets good reviews including from people working in dementia/memory care. These look pretty good and apparently the La Baby and La Newborns can wear real baby clothes. I have no personal experience with these but they look pretty good.
If you could clarify if this is for a child to play with (and what age is the child), and adult to play with, or a collectible/prop piece that would help guide the answers you get. Also, if you care if it's completely anatomically correct, that would be good to know (it limits your options significantly.)

Response by poster: Thanks! Both answers are great (and now I have bonus nightmare fuel lol).
It's for a child about to turn 6. The main thing is the ability to change its clothes. We recently discovered second hand baby clothes, and she loves walking around with and dressing up dolls, so my theory is that we should get her one that can wear them. The super awesome thing would be a doll that also could appear to drink from a normal size bottle nipple, but if not, we can't win em all
I don't care if it's anatomically correct either way. Would be a bonus for sure, but it's low priority. Thank you so much for all the ideas!

Best answer: In that case I would suggest the 20" La Baby by JC Toys which can wear 0-3 months clothes and fits in regular human baby equipment. I suspect the mouth would work with a regular bottle-- they come with a bottle in most sets, I think. The 17" Boutique La Newborn also has great reviews and is anatomically correct but I don't see it in as many skin color choices, if that is a consideration.

Response by poster: Thank you so much! Purchased.
It's returnable if anyone has anything else to suggest. But that hit the sweet spot of price and quality that we were aiming for, and it was helpful to know which companies have been around for awhile.

We've had two La Newborn dolls for years and they're beautiful babies. They wear preemie clothes and routinely worry passers-by if we don't handle them just like living babies. I think the slightly larger size sounds perfect for you all. In addition to fitting real equipment better, it looks like their poses are more typically doll-like and symmetrical than the babies we have, which would make frequent outfit changes much easier.
