Don't be jelly

Shower gels and shampoos appear to have jellified. Can I revert this?
Backstory, in case timing matters...
Back in 2016-17, I had the opportunity to travel a lot more often than I normally do, and stay at considerably better hotels than I normally pick. Said better hotels had considerably better toiletries as well, so, as one does, I grabbed a bunch of little bottles of shampoo and shower gel, resolving to use them a year or two later and reminisce about the travel.
About a half year later, I lost track of them in a fit of uh-oh-parents-visiting tidying. Assumed I'd tossed them accidentally.
It is now 2024. In another fit of uh-oh-parents-visiting tidying, I have found the little bottles of shampoo and shower gel again. They still smell lovely, they still make suds and clean me just fine... but they appear to have turned into jelly, and are thus very hard to get out of the bottles.
Is there anything I can do to turn these shower gels and shampoos back to their usual fluid form?
Added wrinkle: if at all possible, I do not want to destroy the bottles.
