Trouble cancelling Onward Together donation

I want to cancel my Onward Together donation, but when I click on the "Manage Donation" link at the bottom of the page, I get this error message: Sorry, the page you are trying to access is not accepting submissions at this time.

I have tried contacting Onward Together, ActBlue and EveryAction, but have heard nothing from OT and disavowals of responsibility from ActBlue and EveryAction.
When looking online, I found this article about a Seattle man who had to appeal to his state Attorney General to get his stopped. I would prefer not to have to do that.
What am I missing? Any suggestions?

Is the donation happening via regular transfers from your checking account? I've had great success contacting my credit union to alert them to recurring transactions I no longer wanted to continue - in all cases, it was a bait-and-switch style recurring donation or subscription where the only way to cancel was to call a phone number, that coincidentally never got answered.
In all of these cases, I simply filled out a form on my credit union's website with the relevant details, and the payments stopped. In some cases I received a credit to my account as well.

Yes, cancel the payments from your end. Odds are you will get a very prompt note from their customer service if it still exists.

If these payments are made via PayPal, you can cancel them from that end; look for "Subscriptions" or "Manage Automatic Payments" in the UI and you should be able to find it there.
