Can someone point me towards an online version of the screenplay or at least a transcript of Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? Thanksverymuch.

You could most likely download the subtitles for the movie from a site like this one. Of course, you wouldn't have the stage directions (I'm sure that's not the proper term, but you know what I mean) and the actual dialogue in the movie does usually stray a bit from the subtitles (which I assume are copied over from the screenplay rather than transcribed from the film itself). However, it may be close enough for your purposes.
