QuebecFilter: What's this sign mean?

Observed this sign around old town Montréal. Always mounted way down low, seen in numerous places; as I'm of a certain age it seems to mean "Use Clackers Here" but that can't be right. What's it for?

Best answer: I did a reverse image search and it seems to indicate the location of a two-headed fire hydrant, probably mounted on a wall near the sign. For example: https://www.reddit.com/r/quebeccity/comments/18totw9/what_does_this_sign_mean/

Actually, reading that thread a little more, it's not a hydrant but rather a connection point for firefighters to supply water to a building's sprinkler system as a backup in case the builtin system fails.

A sign for raccord siamois or in English Siamese connection or canalisation d'incendie would probably be correct as well.

Yes, it's indicating the location of the water connection for the firefighters to attach hoses to the building to pump in water, like this. The top line is the wall, the angled lines are the pipes and the circles are where the hoses connect. It is pretty much a schematic drawing of the thing it is indicating.
