How to buy from Tokopedia (Indonesia)?

Is there a reliable package forwarder that can buy and send an item from Tokopedia.com (Indonesia)?

There's a pair of shoes (why of course it's shoes ;-)) I'd like to buy from tokopedia.com.

Tokopedia is an Indonesian web commerce site that doesn't do international shipping. I need a reliable package forwarder that can buy the shoes and send them to me. Hence the search for a reliable package forwarder (my googlefoo only seems to find unreliable ones :-().

Any reliable package forwarders from Indonesia?

Buyandship has been around a while and does Tokopedia (instructions). I've used ezbuy a couple of times and it's been fine too.

I would also image search those shoes on Lazada, Shopee and Taobao because they do international shipping and a lot of SEAsian shops have multiple storefronts.
