Health insurance paperwork helper?

Is there someone I can pay to help file out-of-network claims with my health insurance company for me?

Last time I tried to do it myself, they were rejected (probably for bullshit reasons), and I was too ADHD to deal with it. I want someone where I can forward whatever the doctor's office gives me, and then they handle everything else (including any necessary follow-up with either the doctor or the insurance copmany). I expect to file one or two per week. I expect that it would be cost-effective to pay someone, since the claims might run to a few hundred bucks each, and I can't imagine it would take more than a few minutes for someone skilled to file them. If it matters, I'm in NYC, and our health insurance is Cigna PPO.

I'm interested in either the name of a person you have used or know of, or even what such a service provider would be called.

You're looking for a company like this one. I've worked with them and they are good, but expensive. These folks usually charge a percentage of the money you recoup.

It came with our company benefits, but we used Wellthy. You do need to hand hold it a bit and not sure if you can contract with them yourself.
