I see that you have to have 500 edits with 10 edits within the last thirty days to access the Wikipedia Library, but then how long does access last?

Best answer: I would assume that you have access until you no longer meet the requirements. If you made 10 edits on day 1, then stopped, your access would be revoked on day 31.

Best answer: According to https://wikimediafoundation.org/our-work/wikimedia-projects/the-wikipedia-library/, "Whenever an editor requests content from The Wikipedia Library, our team does a real-time check to verify that they still meet the requirements." So yeah, sounds like the 10 edits in the last 30 days is a moving window, and if you fall under you’re immediately out.
