Get alert when an item goes under a $ amount

Is there a non-spammy, free or cheap service where I can just plug in the make and model of something I want to buy and when it goes below a certain price I get a text or email?
Like my preferred experience would be: Type in "Levis 501 womens size 28x24, under $50" and when any store tracked by, say, Google Shopping, goes under that price, I get a notification.

There is also keepa which works for Amazon. It can plug into the product pages of Amazon and you can also set alarms. Alas - Amazon only.

Paypal's Honey will track price drops, but it's kinda iffy when it comes other stuff.

In my experience, none of the price trackers or even the retailers' own web sites are good at searching by price, product and size all at once. Often they'll optimistically show the lowest price of any size/color combination, often without any way to check which one they mean without clicking through a few dozen combinations.
