Picture editing app with fun filters. Also, no AI.

So, the Picasa app is no more, even though the Windows version still exists. I liked its one specific feature - you could turn your photos into drawings of various types/styles. So for example, I had a picture of my room as drawn by an impressionist. Does an app like this still exist for Android? I don't need free but I really really do not want anything that uses AI.

I use qnipaint and Cameringo on android. They’ve both been around for a really long time so I doubt there’s any AI involved. I like qnipaint a little more but cameringo has its points, like endless weird wide angle possibilities. Enjoy!

Best answer: Came back after trying them both out again. Something has happened to qnipaint but cameringo seems to still be going strong.
