Hey Uber, where's my kid

I signed my not-yet-driving teen up for Teen Uber recently and it's been a logistical godsend. But I don't get alerted when they use it--only billed after the fact--and I can't track their ride as the service promises. Uber customer service is worse than useless and I'm not finding any advice online. Can I do anything to fix this?
You know, I think I’d try removing the kid and then re-adding them. Also check your notifications settings and delete/reinstall the app. Apologies if you’ve done these already—this ok glitchy to me, since I see it work as intended pretty regularly.

Do you use the same Uber account on more than one device? If push notifications are off on one, it can interfere with them on another.
