Chicago Fashion Spots for Mascs

I am going to Chicago in November for the last Front 242 shows and I need a good place in the city to find appropriate clothing. I have a whole day free for shopping for records and clothes, and I've got the record stores options sorted!

I am an AMAB non-binary type in my mid 40s usually indistinguishable from a cis man but I'm willing to change it up a little for this special visit! If you have online clothing recommendations, I am also all ears.

Ah, this would be the 3rd(?) time they've come back to North America since their "final" North American tour I saw them on a few years ago, I guess. LOL.

Have fun at the show! The one I went to was great. Lots of black-clad Gen Xers and elder millennials. I felt very at home.

Big Bud Press has a Chicago location in Logan Square, their ads are pretty enby-friendly although as a cis lady I can't speak to how their fits might work for you. The vibe is California weirdo.

Akira for reasonably cheap fabulous; a hot pink faux-croc trench coat goes anywhere! It's also just plain fun. Sizes range from teeny tiny to I am tempted. The vibe is MORE. There will always be something with maribou trim, something in sheer stretch mesh, and something that doesn't quite look wearable but is amazing.
