Good screenshot tool for Chromebooks?

Is there a screenshot/screencap tool as good as Snagit for Chrome/Chromebooks?
I use Snagit on my work computer (Windows) all the time, multiple times a day. It's super useful and easy to use, and I'm very used to how it works. I have a Chromebook at home, and I have yet to find a Chrome/Chromebook screen capture tool that is as good as Snagit.
I currently use Nimbus, but when I looked at the Extensions page yesterday, Chrome gave a warning that Nimbus may be going away at some point in the near future. Nimbus is fine, I guess, but if it's going away or becoming unsupported (although there seems to be no indication on its Chrome Web Store page that it is?), I'll need to find an alternative.
What I need out of a screenshot/screen capture tool:
- Easy invocation (I love that Snagit's capture tool fires up when you hit Ctrl+Shift+S, and it bugs me that an equivalent keystroke combo in Nimbus just brings up a menu of screen capture options)
- Related: At run, default to "capture selected area" (as opposed to Nimbus, which as above makes me choose what type of capture I want each time I open it)
- Fairly robust markup capability (it could be argued that Snagit's markup is too heavy, but at a minimum I need arrows, lines, pens, highlighters, and text capability)
- Browser extension preferred, but a Chromebook app would be OK
- Would be OK with paid, but free would be better

Chromebooks have their own built-in screenshot feature.

Response by poster: That's a decent tool, The Pluto Gangsta, and I've used it in a pinch for basic screenshots, but it doesn't quite have the markup capability that I'm looking for.
