"Windowshades" functionality on Windows XP? Possible?

I'd like to make some interface tweaks to Windows XP. Specifically, the one killer feature I'd really like to have is the Mac OS "windowshades" feature; you double-click on the titlebar to "roll up" or "roll down" the window, but other interface customization ability would be good too.

My Googling skills have failed me. Surely there is some product out there offering this functionality?

My favorite software developer/publisher (ever since GalCiv) is Stardock. They make Object Desktop, a piece of software which happens to have a theme that completely emulates a Mac desktop.

My personal favorite (but not for work) is the desktop that looks and feels like a Star Trek control panel.

TonyRobots got WinRoll. The other one thanotopsis alluded to is WindowBlinds, which is a component of Object Desktop. WindowBlinds is a whole WinXP skinning package that has the "roll-up to titlebar" ability among its many features but it's paid software while Winroll is basic and free.

Response by poster: Wow, that's gotta be some kind of new land speed record.

WinRoll. Thanks, y'all. Object Desktop/Windowblinds looks very powerful and cool, but WinRoll solves the immediate problem.

WindowBlinds can make your XP machine looks more like a pre-OSX Mac than a modern Mac does.

Another one is FreeShade.

Freeshade seconded—I'm running it currently.
