Looking for a syllabus on customer retention

Looking for books, podcasts, and videos on customer retention in business.

I run a consulting program for a business of ~100 employees. We have about 150 people in the program. It's niche - the clients are like doctors (but not doctors). I'm not looking for advice on customer retention but more of a syllabus - what books, podcasts, videos, courses, conferences, anything you've found helpful in learning techniques, new philosophies, best practices, etc on retaining customers.

I'll take it all! Thank you!

In the absence of other suggestions: my spouse's boss assigned Joey Coleman's Never Lose a Customer Again. (I don't know if it was any good, sorry!)

Data on customers is Big Business, so big customer relationship manager software outfits (like Salesforce, and many others) has "why you should care about customer retention and how to improve it" support. For example - < href="https://www.salesforce.com/eu/learning-centre/customer-service/customer-retention/">Salesforce mini syllabus covers why you should care, how to measure it, ways to increase and, of course because they make £££ on the data, how to write a data-driven retention strategy.
