Double trouble with remembering film titles

I figured I would combine two queries into one Ask. Please help me remember the names of two things: a film and then maybe a film or maybe a series. Details below.

They are:

1. A low budget very poorly reviewed film (I think it got like half a star) that I actually remember a lot about, but for some reason I cannot figure out the title from Google. The film is about a reality show where contestants agree to be in rooms with no doors or windows, where they are constantly live-streamed, and the last one to last wins a prize, and supposedly they can opt out at any point by making an X shape with their arms in front of the camera. But it turns out they can never leave, and after they realize that making the X shape does not change anything, they start killing themselves. I feel like it had a one word title like The Platform or The Cell (but obviously it's neither of those).

2. The second one I remember almost nothing about, but I was just watching the trailer for Fantasmas and at 1.06 timecode some memory stirred of something -- a series or a film -- where a character (young woman or girl, I think) finds herself repeatedly in a very bucolic looking landscape, very colorful house in the middle of a green field with a blue sky, all looking very intentionally CGI. Maybe there is a door she has to go through that is in the middle of a very green field? Maybe it's related to her solving some problem within the plot. But that's all I remember, which I realize is not much to go on!

Don't know about the first, but the second description reminds be a bit of the 1990s one-season series VR5, a FOX sci-fi about a woman who could "draw" people's unconsciously into virtual reality with her computer and explore their minds, which would often be rendered with very intentional CGI. I can't look through all 13 episodes right now, but check this scene out, does she look familiar?

The second description made me think of the British tv series The Avengers, in particular the Emma Peel era, though no specific episode comes to mind.

2 could be Toys.

The second one smacks of the recurring "the forest is red" scene in Fringe.

I’m thinking the first one may be Human Zoo.

Also, many of the reviewers would give it negative stars if they could.
