Try cup-to-gram conversions. This was the first hit for me when I searched "convert measurements from cups to grams" on Google. You should be able to find anything else you need using a similar approach and being more specific about which ingredients you need converted.

The chocolate sour cream pound cake from Sweet Enough that is a Costco chocolate muffin dupe? I will list the grams here which I got by checking out a copy from my library's Libby app. I am not including the recipe instructions but dm me if you need that.

180g all purpose flour
85 g cocoa powder
6 g baking powder
7 g kosher salt
170 g unsalted butter
330 g granulated sugar
5 g vanilla extract
eggs & yolks not listed by grams
220 g sour cream or whole-milk yogurt
225-285 g chocolate chips or chopped up bars
3 T demerara
