Gift-filter: Online retailers for warm women’s clothing

My mom (57F) is constantly cold, so I’d like to get her a gift card to a store where she can buy herself something cozy to wear indoors. A few snowflakey details within.
I don’t know her exact size, else I might buy her some sort of long hoodie or cardigan. I could not begin to describe her style, so I'm just letting her get something for herself. I’m looking for online retailers that meet the following criteria:
- Ships to the US
- Sells gift cards
- Has prices under $100
- Makes clothing of decent quality with a range of styles
- Sells a variety of clothes keeping the wearer warm
- Ideally includes indoor wear items that fully zip for easy donning and doffing
Any leads? I am utterly clueless when it comes to clothing generally, women’s clothing in particular. I'm really in search of recommendations for more targeted/specialized outlets rather than big-box stores or the like. Particular items are welcome, though not preferred. Thanks in advance!

I saw some stuff from Cuddl Duds in a store once, and keep vowing to buy something someday. It was so warm and cozy. So I'd do a gift card for there. Lots of options for cozy clothing.

Barefoot Dreams - they are pricy but super soft and warm and cozy.

Heattech gilets (sleeveless jackets). Also just buy her a downfill mini skirt and bask in the praise.

I have 3 of the LL Bean zip flannel hoodies in plus-size. They are great for warm layering. Lots of other warm stuff on that site too!

Land’s end?
Three of the ladies I know who get cold appreciate thin, down, quilted puffer vests. They haven’t talked to each other but they all like the quilted style (probably because the down stays in place better that way).
Nice warm socks or slippers go a long way too

LL Bean or Lands End. These stores have some retail locations, so it might be worthwhile to see if there is a store location near your mom.
Or maybe get a gift card to REI.
Uniqlo will probably have the most lower cost full priced options. In my experience, their sizes run small. Uniqlo also has some retail presence.
